Odyssey Life Center is a 515-behavior management program and services are provided at a 1:3 staff to client ratio. Our organization serves clients who need assistance with activities of daily living, which include but are not limited to: eating, toileting, transferring, and administrating medication. Odyssey’s Program curriculum is individually tailored to fit the client’s functional skills per their intake packet and through observations during program hours.

Based on their goals, desires, wants, and needs the client has control over the services that are provided and the freedom to choose the daily scheduled activities. There will be a monthly schedule with a list of activities that the client participates in; this is subject to change due to external circumstances or to accommodate the needs of the client. The client’s interest and goals are the primary objective of the organization, and we will provide the appropriate support needed to help him/her achieve his/her goals. Once the schedule is set for the day, the client will choose the activities that they prefer to participate in.

Odyssey Life Center is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities on the Autistic Spectrum. Located in Folsom, OLC serves the greater Sacramento Area, and can accommodate up to 30 adults daily.

OLC’s social recreation program is for adults and transition-aged students. Our programs exist to provide safe, stimulating environments where we help our clients with their daily personal growth. By creating personal goals, each client can lead a quality life as an active, contributing member in society.

The Odyssey Life Center is unique by providing Adult Day Services to the autistic clients joining our program. Under the supervision of our professional and experienced staff, the center is now in its second year operating in Folsom. OLC being licensed by the State of California and is operates under titles 17 and 22 of the California Code of Regulations. Our funding and referrals are provided by Alta Regional Center.

Our facility is over 3400 square feet which provides ample space and comfort to our clients. A main activity room with a huge capacity, smaller quiet room and a huge lunch/activity room offer a space to fit the needs of every client during the day.
